Hello there, this posting presents some diagnostic plots with the aim to identify good days which we can use for the cosmological analysis. Specifically, we show the system temperature(s) (from digitizer card #1 as we're only looking at the 11 autocorrelation for now) as well as the sun's altitude as function of time. The grey band in the plots below shows when the SDSS patch is over BMX.
Some diagnostic plots. The left panel shows the FPGA/ADC/frontend temperature recorded by the digitizer card #1 as function of time for any given observation tag. The right panel plots instead the sun position over the same time frame (with $y=0$ representing the horizon). The shaded vertical grey band highlights the "data" patch, i.e. when the SDSS patch is over BMX. The number in parenthesis in the left panel legend are the Pearson's correlation coefficients between the temperature fluctuations and the sun's altitude calculated over the SDSS patch.
